Ground & Glow: A Self-Care Experience for Mind, Body & Spirit
Join us for an evening of relaxation, connection, and holistic self-care designed to help you slow down, recharge, and reconnect with yourself.
We'll begin with gentle yoga, breathwork, and guided meditation to help calm the nervous system and bring you into the present moment. From there, you'll enjoy a soothing self-care facial experience featuring Mary Kay skincare products, herbal tea, and a deeply relaxing group Reiki session.
Throughout the evening, you'll be invited to unwind in a welcoming, supportive environment while learning simple practices you can take home to support your own wellness journey.
